Bare-Tether Missions Paradigm for Exploration of OceanWorlds in Plumes of Icy Moons Enceladus, Europa, and Triton

This work relates to a NASA program to explore habitability places in the outer Solar System. Missions minor in a sense, that involve multi-kilometers long electrodynamic bare tethers, allow, a planetary magnetic field, free S/C capture and orbital maneuvers for visits to Icy Moons plumes and exploration of Oceanworlds and possible forms of life.
