Exploration Leading to Low-Latency Telepresence on Mars from Deimos

Exploration in Mars orbit has consistently favored the inner moon Phobos over the outer moon Deimos for decades. With LLT from Deimos, more can be learned about Mars sooner, at less cost and risk, than with humans on Mars.
