Developing Methane Isotopologues as Interplanetary Biosignatures

The multiply substituted isotopologues of methane have great potential as a widely applicable bio-signature throughout the Solar System. Understanding these species will inform future missions to Mars and icy moons. Developing this new tool is thus a moderate risk, but high potential payoff proposition.
