Strength In Diversity: Small Bodies as the Most Important Objects in Planetary Sciences

We discuss the great diversity of processes and properties present in the small bodies population, and how those lead to a similarly great diversity in the high-priority planetary science questions that they answer. This diverse group cannot be reasonably regarded as a single target population.
