Science on the fly! The importance of Venus flyby observations

Given the importance of flyby science, particularly at Venus which has not had a NASA mission since Magellan in 1989, we advocate for two recommendation for future missions: any mission that plans to fly by Venus takes data at Venus, and the mission team have a dedicated Flyby Coordinator.
