Mars as a Competitive Candidate for Inclusion in the New Frontiers Mission List: MEPAG Community Perspectives

The MEPAG Steering Committee reports here the consensus of the MEPAG community regarding the forthcoming discussion on whether to have a candidate list of New Frontiers class missions. The consensus is that: 1) there should be a list; 2) there should be a fair mechanism for a mid-term update; 3) there are many Mars NF candidate missions.
