Whitepaper #373 submitted to the Planetary Science and Astrobiology Decadal Survey 2023-2032. Topics: habitability and water; Venus

Fixed wing aircraft, without propulsion, can harvest vertical shear and remain aloft indefinitely, within Venus’ clouds. Direct sampling instruments can be deployed at multiple locations in Venus’ clouds.
