Scientific Consensus is Dead, Long Live Scientific Consensus

This whitepaper argues that current consensus structures are guaranteed to result in biased outcomes given the volume of relevant publication in broad fields like Astrobiology. Three solutions are proposed that NASA should consider to mitigate bias and chart a new consensus mapped onto the pluralist landscape of research today.
