Recommendations from the CSWA Survey on Workplace Climate
This paper looks at the results from the CSWA Workplace Climate Survey. We will also present the recommendations from our peer reviewed papers. This white paper is submitted as part of a collaborative effort organized by the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Working Group (EDIWG), a cross Assessment Group (AG) committee.
