Lessons Learned from Five Years of running a Minority Research Program at JPL
For the past five years, JPL has been operating a successful minority research program that engages both JPL staff and HBCU/MSIs, with most of the funds going to the latter institutions. This talk will present the details of the program, results of surveys and lessons learned from our experiences.
