We are in year 4 of the DECam Ecliptic Exploration Project (DEEP), an NOAO/NOIRLab survey program to carry out a deep search of the faint outer Solar System with the Dark Energy Camera (DEcam) and the 4-meter Blanco telescope at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory in Chile. In this talk we will present (i) an overview of the science goals of DEEP; (ii) a brief summary of our technical approaches to searching for faint trans-Neptunian objects (TNOs); (iii) an introduction to results that will be presented in other talks by members of the DEEP team; and (iv) several results that will not be presented elsewhere at this meeting. This is one of a series of DEEP presentations at this meeting, each of which represents one or more paper that will be submitted in summer/fall, 2022.
