Data infrastructure needs for ground-based geospace science

Geospace science studies the entire coupled sun-earth system. In order to understand all parts of the system, a diverse set of observations from disparate instruments obtained at various locations in the geospace system are needed. Many are ground-based. This white paper outlines the current challenges and provides recommendations on best practices for ground-based geospace data infrastructure.
