Future Needs for Space Weather Forecasting

Discussion of objectives to produce accurate and actionable forecasts that provide value to end users. Here, we advocate for four focus areas: 1) shift to probabilistic forecasting, 2) Continued development of applied tools to link space environment drivers with satellite impact 3) Providing historical and contextual information, 4) Providing measurements and tools for non-GEO orbits.
