Enabling increased access to space for scientists from all backgrounds

This presentation will describe how past approaches used to successfully enable low cost quick reaction experiments from a diverse set of PIs on the NASAs Space Shuttle provide key features required of a new paradigm of partnering and project implementation between NASA and the science community and underrepresented Minority Serving Institutions, HCBUs, etc.
