Accessibility and its Importance to the Future of Heliophysics
The accessibility of the activities and spaces that heliophysics occupies is connected to our ability to maintain a diverse and inclusive group of scientists. We recommend assessing the inclusion of those with disabilities in heliophysics in metrics related to the state of the profession and promoting policies that make gatherings and educational settings more accessible.
