Funding Expansion for NASA Space Weather R2O
An expanded budget is needed for the newly-formed NASA Heliophysics Space Weather Program, at a level of $100-200M per year, in parity with the budgets of LWS and STP, and consistent with the recommendations of the previous Decadal Survey.
