The Application Usability Level framework has increasingly been adapted to enable communication of a project’s progress towards user defined outcomes. It is important to outline the roles enabling these activities. Individuals and groups can play multiple roles in the same and different projects, and funding and acknowledgment/credit must be given for each of the roles.
