Impulsive Solar Energetic Particle Events: A Pathway to Understanding the Sun
The origins and acceleration mechanisms of Impulsive Solar Energetic Particle (ISEP) events remain unanswered. ISEP events are (1) easily identifiable because of their unique abundance enhancement of 3He and (2) fundamental in nature as a direct consequence of magnetic reconnection. Thorough research of ISEP events can strongly develop our understanding of heliospheric physical processes.
