The Space Communications and Navigation Program has assembled this white paper to provide an overview of the communications and tracking services that are so pivotal to the success of NASA science endeavors, and to provide insight into future plans, including the use of commercial services in the near-Earth domain, upgrades to the deep space infrastructure, and access to radio frequency spectrum.
