Science Goals for a New Arecibo Observatory
Science goals for a new and more capable Arecibo radar and radio telescope are presented, in aeronomy and geospace science, experimental plasma and radio physics, and heliospheric science. A new Arecibo could also provide support for a variety of scientific and technology development projects. A companion white paper focuses on the design of a new telescope.
