An Advanced Low-Band VHF Geospace and Heliospheric Radar: Design and Technology

The construction of a multistatic, imaging, low-band VHF (20-80 MHz) atmospheric, geospace, and heliospheric radar should include high continuous transmitter power, multiple large receiving arrays at widely-separated sites for 3-D velocity measurements and radar imaging, frequency agility for observations at multiple scale lengths, and wide bandwidth for high range resolution.
