Gender Diversity in Heliophysics
Gender diversity in the field of heliophysics is severely lacking, to the detriment of all members of the field. We describe the current state of the profession through a collective lens of trans and nonbinary heliophysicists. We make recommendations on ways to build resources, opportunities, and practices that seek to welcome, uplift, and retain gender-expansive persons in our field.
