Importance of a Small, Innovative Missions for Heliophysics Exploration (SIMHEX) program and of continuation of the Explorer selection increase

This WP argues that 1) that there is a need for a Small, Innovative Missions for Heliophysics Exploration (SIMHEX) program within the Heliophysics division which would be similar in spirit to the Planetary SIMPLEX program, and that 2) the Heliophysics division should continue its program of expanding and accelerating the Explorer selections, one of the top priorities of the 2012 Decadal survey.
