Raising Awareness on Mental Health in the Heliophysics Community
Our research community should also acknowledge the importance of mental health and mental well-being, and work toward addressing mental health issues in our field. We advocate for a cultural change towards eliminating the stigma around mental illness, and encouraging an open culture around mental health discussions and to conduct professionally developed comprehensive mental health surveys.
