GNSS (and other) Observations from Autonomous Seagoing Platforms
Much of the surface of the Earth is available for placing scientific instruments, however this is the open ocean. We suggest that sailing drones, capable of operating autonomously for significant amounts of time off exciting options for providing data to characterize the ionosphere/thermosphere/mesosphere.
