Investment in people is essential to sustain a diverse and engaged workforce
The field of heliophysics is a vibrant, multi-disciplinary endeavor that is dependent on the skills of a wide range of professionals. Supporting all employees across the entire field, not just those in scientific positions, is vital for the ongoing success and vibrancy of the field. In this paper, we have delineated a number of recommendations that can be pursued by Federal Agencies.
