A Well-Managed Planet?
The Well-Managed Planet requires reliable data covering all of geospace. Data availability must be evaluated for evolving scientific and societal need. New and existing instrumentation must be maintained and operated continuously. Data must be validated, citable, and widely and easily discoverable. Creating this infrastructure is an overwhelming technical challenge worthy of National attention.
