Continued Multi-Instrument Studies at the Poker Flat Research Range
The Poker Flat Research Range (PFRR) hosts a unique collection of instruments. These instruments need additional investment, especially if PFISR is to continue operations into the GDC era. We estimate that a coordinated program to manufacture and replace components in all of the existing AMISRs would be comparable in expense to an NSF Mid-Scale 1 facility proposal.
