A Fresh Approach to PI-led Mission & Hardware Solicitation Model

We argue that the current solicitation model for PI-led missions and hardware investigations leads to an unnecessary waste of precious resources, and it largely limits these opportunities to a large institutions and thereby is inherently elitist and non-inclusive. We propose a simple solution that overcomes these problems.
