Long-term space climate monitoring
It is important to maintain efficient long-term investments to monitor space climate. Proper observational configuration and networks to measure key physical parameters is a practical approach. It is necessary to balance the needs for building cutting edging new instruments and ensuring the longevity of existing key facilities.
