Supernova neutrino signals: recent advances

Neutrinos are fascinating elementary particles heralding the dawn of the multi-messenger astronomy era. Neutrinos affect the stellar dynamics, drive the formation of the heavy elements, and carry signatures of supernova physics. Recent developments on the modeling of neutrino emission from stripped-envelope supernovae will be reviewed within a multi-messenger framework together with the most exciting detection prospects.
