Planetary Systems in Clusters: Free-floating planets, binary planets, and outside-in influence on the inner planets

Newly formed planetary systems in star clusters can experience stellar flybys, which change the system’s architecture. We discuss several topics (based on recent/ongoing works): (1) What are the characteristics of free-floating planets produced by stellar flybys? (2) What is the probability of producing free-floating binary planets? (3) How stellar flybys may influence the inner planetary system through “outside-in cascade”?
