Compact Binary Source Characterization in the First Half of LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA’s Fourth Observing Run

The fourth observing run of the current gravitational-wave detector network began in 2023 and over the first eight months of the observing run, 81 high significance compact binary merger candidates were identified by low latency search pipelines. Each of these events were followed up with more detailed Bayesian source characterization to enable refined source localizations to be released. These followup studies were performed via a combination of automated analyses and over 100 human analysts working in week long shifts. I will describe the structure of the online analyses and rota team and summarize the public results.
