How to get involved in Habitable Worlds Observatory

A key recommendation of the Astro2020 Decadal is the Great Observatory Mission and Technology Maturation Program (GOMAP) to improve how flagship missions are implemented. The first of these to be explored is a large IROUV telescope designed to advance our understanding of whether we are alone in the universe. In response NASA has spun up the Science, Technology, Architecture Review Team (START) and a Technical Assessment Group (TAG) teams in order to begin the GOMAP process for the Habitable Worlds Observatory (HWO). The START and TAG teams have now spun up open community working groups in order to collate broad input, in order to provide the most informative input to the GOMAP process. This is all very confusing. This talk will work explain where things are at, where they are going, and how you can get involved.
