The COSI Dark Matter Science Goals

With unprecedented sensitivity in the MeV range and exquisite energy resolution, COSI is expected to provide advances in the time-domain and multimessenger astrophysics and reveal new classes of gamma-ray sources. In this presentation I will show how COSI, with its characteristics, can also lead to improvements of the current dark matter (DM) bounds considering several different possible DM candidates, from Axion Like Particles to primordial black holes.
