Robert L. Jenks (1933–2014)
Astronomer Robert L. Jenks, born in 1933, died on 13 August 2014. Born in 1933, Jenks received his PhD at the University of Oklahoma in 1967, completing a thesis titled “UBV Photometry of DQ Cephei.” He coauthored several papers on stellar photometry and served as an Assistant Professor at Western Illinois University during the late 1960s.
